Experts shared their experience in the design of entrance groups of residential complexes

As part of the RosBuild 2024 exhibition, there was a session on Entrances and Entrance Groups: 10 Rules of a Modern Residential Complex in 2024 organised by EXPOCENTRE AO, ERZ.RF and the Development School.

The speakers shared their experience in the field of finishing and decoration of entrances and entrance groups of residential complexes, gave a number of practical tips, illustrating them with their own examples, and answered the questions from the audience.

The moderator of the event was Evelina Ishmetova, founder of the Development School, Development and Consulting Director at KEY CAPITAL.

At the first stage of work, according to Elena Noskova, Executive Director at CG Development, it is necessary to determine who we are building for. We should not blindly rely on beautiful examples: we should start by modelling the behaviour of the resident from the moment he enters the entrance to the door of his flat.

Anastasia Volkova, Deputy Director for Marketing and Sales at RISK Group, noted that the entrance may well emphasise the uniqueness of the residential complex.

In addition, the speakers discussed lighting and navigation in the entrances and entrance groups of the residential complex, touched upon the topic of public spaces in the entrance groups of MFBs, such as the lobby, mailbox area, etc., and also spoke about the infrastructure developed for pet owners.
